I took my time searching and reading reviews for several different theaters seats before deciding on these. I am so happy that I did! The ordering process was easy. I received a phone call from the company shortly after purchasing. They verified my purchase and gave me information regarding delivery. The delivery was as expected, actually better. I was told that the 3 boxes would be delivered at the start of my driveway which worried me because my driveway is long. I knew I would be home by myself at the time of delivery and was concerned about how I would get them in the house. Luckily, the delivery man delivered them to my garage!This was a gift for my husband’s man cave. Unboxing and set up was a breeze. The bottom of the chairs are heavy but my husband and daughter was able to get them from the garage, through the house and out back to his man cave with no problem.The material exceeded my expectations. They look and feel really good. They are comfortable. All the features work as they should. I didn’t find the light to be annoying or distracting. The recline is amazing! There is an ample amount of space in the storage areas. I added 3 full size wine bottles in them with room to spare all around, just to give an idea.I can’t wait to purchase the accessories when they become available. I spent months looking for home theater style seating at local furniture stores to replace a 5 yr old set with major fabric scaling. All had similar features that were undesirable like bloated padding, poor quality fabric, no middle seat recline, poor support and no seating reconfiguration option. I came across the Valencia Piacenza Home Theatre seating on Amazon. I was concerned about ordering furniture on-line which I could not touch/feel, high priced and heavy boxes for shipping. I did more research on the product and then nervously placed the order.Here is a summary of my experience....I was contacted by the company the next day. They explained the entire shipment and delivery process and answered all of my questions. Assembly was super easy (no tools required). The seats connected together, which makes it easy to handle and re-configure if my needs change. The quality, style and comfort exceeded my expectations. We are so impressed with these chairs!! I had originally found these online and then second guessed buying such a large purchase without seeing it in person first. We went to a local furniture store, and upon finding out how long it would take AND the ridiculous cost, came back to these. With all of the positive reviews, we decided to move forward and cross our fingers! Not only did they arrive BEFORE the expected date, the customer service is outstanding- even calling me to confirm the order and update me on the status! They arrived exactly as described and are just as easy to assemble as they say! The ONLY tiny negative is that they are stiff and need to be broken in to be as comfy as we wanted- but we’ve already broken them in nicely. Didn’t take long at all! The leather is great quality and they have all the bells and whistles we were wanting! Highly recommend!

I bought a row of 3 of the Valencia Piacenza home theater seating with the power headrest and couldn’t be more thrilled with the purchase. I waited roughly a month for the order to ship and was always in communication with the seller for updates on the order.The day finally came when the order arrived at my house. The row of 3 came in 3 boxes, each on its own pallet. Inside each box there was a base and a back. Works out that way because my doorway that leaded to my basement was narrow and was very limited on traditional couches or love seats that would fit in the doorway. I opened the boxes outside in my garage and was able to bring the backs and bases to each chair down separately. Once all the pieces were in the basement all I had to do was plug in the chairs and connect the backs to the bases which is as simple as snapping them into place.Overall very happy with the quality of the chair. Power recline, power headrest, LED lighting, USB ports, accessory ports for table trays, cellphone and tablet mounts and glass holders. I can’t speak to the quality of the seats as to how they hold up over time since this review is and stands as a day one opening review. However as others have pointed out with updated reviews I have no worries that these won’t last a very long time with tons of use.Read more

I ordered this product in late December 2020. The seating arrived in four boxes the first week in January 2021. I was able assemble the chairs very easily. Instantly you notice the quality and the smell of these leather chairs. My wife and I are still impressed of the comfort, usb ports and push button features in each chair. I purchased these chairs due to the price and space saving reclining. I would highly recommend these chairs.

I purchased this dual leather recliner to enjoy watching movies and sports in my basement. The recliner was pretty well packaged and required only to mount the back of the recliner to the bottom and to plug it in. The chairs recline back very smoothly and love how far back they go. The leather is soft and high quality. I have sat in this recliner for many hours at a time finding it very comfortable. The only reason I am not giving this five stars is because the table that comes with the recliner does not fit snuggly into its slot and the table leans slightly.I would also like to add the customer service from the vendor/distributor was phenomenal. I was contacted to ensure my order was delivered to my satisfaction as well as a follow up upon completion of my order to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
