Sorry, it took so long to review. I love this fireplace. I bought it mostly for ambiance and then discovered it heated my room as well. I put mine on the wall and love using the remote to choose different colors for different moods or holidays. Once again, you nailed it. Thank you!

Larger than what it looks in the picture, but I sure love it, the three choices for the flames are beautiful , easy to put together as well. very quite no noise from it at all. And lots of heat if this is what you want it for, but only good for the area that it is in. Oh and I was surprised as it gives a blue light that shines on your wall in the back and sides, real nice and cozy looking

Adds a cozy feel to our home whether we used the heat or not. I do wish the remote worked better

Awesome looking, but makes a strange knocking noise.

We bought this wall mount heater under a year ago and enjoyed the heat during most of north east winter. However, the heat just stopped working while cold weather here is still going. The lights and all work fine but heater doesn't work anymore. Did everything suggested online like unplugging and making sure heat lock is not on etc. Called customer support which was very friendly to see what our options are.

Like many reviews, I've had this product for just under a year before the heater stopped working. It's not the remote so must be the heater. Really love this fireplace so I hope there is an option to repair it. This is the only one I can find with a bottom fan so need to repair.

Update: after just a couple of months use, it stopped working! Working on trying to get it fixed.Perfect addition to our downstairs living room where it gets chilly during winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, this unit worked for barely 4 months and then it was off for 4 months and then it stopped heating and the fan stopped blowing. Does anything last more than a year nowadays?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fireplace for our bar area just about a year ago. The heat and blower/fan have stopped working! Not happy. Winter in Chicago is why we needed this. We've probably used this fireplace less than 25 times and now its useless. Looks good but useless now.

I'm editing this from my original rating below. Less than months after I purchased the heater no longer heats. I see from searching online that this is a problem with these fireplaces. I have contacted the company Greenway regarding this and waiting for a solution. I will change my rating again after this has been taken care of.I'm in love. This electric fireplace is absolutely gorgeous! It heats my room perfectly for the space and creates such a relaxing ambiance. I plan to mount on the wall. The heat is amazing. Very hot. Beautiful colors. My only complaint is the remote control can be contrary and I'm not sure how long it would last but with that said it's and 5 star buy. Thanks Wayfair!
