I Love this bed. I feel like a cat in a big box. It's great. I shall tell you its story:I researched canopy beds for quite literally a month before settling on this bed. I had looked at over 20 frames, but in the end, I decided to risk the handful of lower reviews on this site for the fact that many other sites had worse reviews, and this one had the most positive. Honestly, I am glad I did!First, very very heavy box. I had to open it to carry pieces up the stairs. Make sure you don't hit the walls, the parts are long. All pieces were included, and I LOVED that the screws and allen wrench came all contained and labeled (shown in pictures). The whole frame was wonderfully labeled with clear instructions. I was put off initially as 4 parts of my bed frame were a different color (shown in pictures). Turns out, these are internal pieces and cannot be seen in the final product so no worries! All the pieces came in a plastic wrapper, but some of the pieces were wrapped with black flakes (shown in pictures) inside with it. Only a few, but was a bit annoying I had to wipe down my frame. One or two pieces already had the paint scratched (shown in pictures). Again, minor, but once again slightly disappointing. Once I got everything out, I made the mistake of trying to assemble this alone. GET A PARTNER. I dropped one of the vertical beams on my head. GET A PARTNER. It is nearly impossible alone and dangerous if you try. Start with loosely tightening the screws, then go back and tighten everything after, it helps so much. Out of all the pieces and holes, only one hole was unusable. Luckily, it wasn't a vital part, the black bracket it is on has two holes on each side, so I could afford to not use one. (The small metal tag that blocks the whole can be seen on the S part photo). The top beams do have massive warning labels on them (on all 4 beams). They are a pain to get off, so much so I still haven't gotten them off. Once together, make sure to really tighten everything and it won't make much noise at all. The only noise I hear is the initial weight on the mattress, and the shifting weight is silent. THAT SAID, it does loosen over time. Anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, I will notice a squeak, but I keep the allen wrench near the bed and tighten it if needed. Other than that, I love it. It holds my weight fine (200lb) and it has held up to 370lbs no problem. I cannot attest to any higher weights yet. Nothing seems to be bending or breaking. I have had it 3.5 months now.TLDR (too long, didn't read):+ 4 stars for the beautiful frame, sturdiness, non-sqeakiness, wonderfully labeled parts, and straightforward instructions. - 1 star for slightly dirty and defective pieces and its tendency to loosen and squeak over time. Also the annoying warning stickers that don't come off well.

For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. It gives your bedroom space a more open and timeless feel, while allowing your bedroom décor to standout even more clearly. A bed with a pure shade of white energizes your entire space giving it a vibrant new look, giving you the illusion of a more light within your bedroom. Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Metal

One of the most asked question when it comes metallic beds is, are they safe for younger children? And the answer is always, yes they are. One of reason to why metal beds have grown in popularity over the last couple of years is the fact that they require less maintenance since as we all know metal does not dent or scratch easily making it even a more attractive option as compared to wooden and plastic beds. When it comes to durability also metal beds are currently the most durable beds in the market more durable than the wooden beds and would even handle more weight than a wooden bed frame. Metal beds are also highly portable since they are lighter than other types of bed, and in case you are the kind of person who love rearranging their bedroom setup you will definitely love the metal bed.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.

Bed Frames

Bed frames also known as bed steads are terms used to describe the support your mattress rests upon. It’s that part of your bed that holds up your mattress from the floor. A bed frame is one of the most overlooked part of a bed when making a bed purchase as most people tend to focus on the mattress alone, however, it’s good to note that bedframes play a crucial role when it comes to the comfort of your bed. The right bed frame provides you with enough comfort and support despite the type of mattress you are sleeping on, so if you have a bed that’s squeaking, sagging, or unstable the problem is usually your bed frame. As we all know a good night sleep starts with a solid foundation, a bedframe will impact the quality of sleep you get, a bed frame will even cause back pains and aches.

Beds

A bed can be referred as a piece of furniture which is used as a place to fall asleep and relax. In this modern age beds consist of a soft cushioned mattress and a bed frame, the mattress is usually resting on a sprung base, solid base, or a wood slats. Beds come in different sizes ranging from infant-sized cribs to small beds that can just accommodate one person, to large king and queen sized beds designed for two or more people. Most bed are usually a single mattress and a fixed frame, however there are other varieties such as a sofa bed, which folds out of a sofa or a murphy bed that folds in to a wall. Other beds can be referred as temporary beds as they contain neither a bedframe nor a mattress, a good example is the inflatable air mattress or the folding camp cot.

Pine

Do you love a rustic, classic bedroom style? A pine wood bed frame should be at the top of your shopping list! Pine wood is a softwood variety, meaning it is well-suited for use in both indoor and outdoor furniture because of its durability. Pine is a shock-resistant wood that is strong and long-lasting and is well-suited for crafting ornate and intricate details; this only adds more beauty to your home! Pine wood is lighter in color with an almost creamy white appearance; it is beautiful in both its natural state or finished with a stain. Pine wood is also lighter in weight than some other wood varieties, making assembly of bed frames relatively simple and quick. Pine wood bed frames are an ideal wood to stain, which gives you the opportunity to change or enhance your style as your preferences change. It’s a perfect choice whether you want to achieve a rustic, warm bedroom environment, or a more modern, contemporary sleep space.

Softwoods

Softwood wood varieties are wood types that are sourced from cone bearing trees (evergreens with needles), such as spruce, pine, and fir. Softwood wood varieties are well-known for their superb ability to resist decay and/or rot, making them an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor use; they are long-lasting and very durable. Softwood wood varieties are also versatile and are the top choice for designing and crafting furniture with ornate, distinct details.
