We chipped in for a shower/wedding gift and the happy couple were thrilled. They love how it looked and the quality of the piece.

Gorgeous! This was exactly what I was looking for: distressed, natural, rustic. Looks and feels like solid wood, though light weight because of the type of wood. Yes, it has some rough spots, but that's natural (and I used clear nail polish to reduce the roughness). Drawers slide smoothly overall (not as smooth as if had rail and wheels on both sides). LOVE it and highly recommend.

We are using this dresser for our clothes (which may not be its true use). Works and looks great for our bedroom. It got damaged a bit in transit, but Bed Bath and Beyond worked with us to get a partial refund.

I haven’t had a chance to open box to inspect. It’s in garage and cold.I got a 10 min notice that it would be delivered. I raced across town and was there in 7 min and it had already been delivered. A worker told them to put in garage. I did see a small hole in box but I think superficial. Anyway, I live across town while home is remodeled so will take off the box in few days after cold spell. Just would have like more than 10 min notice.

Does this dresser have a bed to Mach and another dresser?
I do not know the answer to that question.  I had 2 dressers shipped and both were damaged each time in shipment.  I canceled my order and went a different direction.

Mirror Included

When it comes to elegance and functionality, the mirror included in the chest and dresser out the perfect ambiance in a bedroom. A mirror in the dresser instantly brightens the room by reflecting natural or artificial light. They infuse dark spaces in the room with light without adding to your electricity bills. Opens Up The Area: Due to their reflective nature, mirrored dressers make the room appear larger than it is. Also, it is a great space saver because instead of buying an extra mirror for your chest you get one that is already fixed. However, this comes with a small hitch for those who intend to remove the mirror or those who intend to reposition the mirror. Elegance is perfectly highlighted by this feature, mirrors tend to reflect light and individual users can customize the chest and dresser with many bulb lights to make the mirror appear glowing, this, in turn, makes your bedroom appear beautiful and modern.

This piece of furniture is meant to be practical and also has an attractive design that makes a statement. On the overall colour scheme, the grey finish dresser matches them all no matter what the theme of your home is. Medium Density Fiberboard

Medium-density fiberboard is a material that consists of recycled solid wood leftovers, resin, and fibers all glued up together with wax. One huge advantage of a medium-density fiberboard dresser is that it is quite affordable as compared to solid wood dressers. This is because medium density fiberboards are readily available in the market. In addition, it's quite easy to paint when it comes to customizing your medium density fiberboard dresser, unlike a solid wood dresser. It also comes with its own disadvantages, such as it's relatively easy to damage, especially if you have little kids who are always playing around the house. Unlike most people would imagine, a medium-density fiberboard dresser is relatively heavier than a solid wood dresser, making it quite hard to move around when you rearrange your space. Plus, it cannot support too much weight as it risks breaking down.

Metal

Back in the day, there was a time when wood was always the go to material for all things furniture. However, homeowners are now willing to use different materials for various reasons. A good example is a metal dresser. However, unlike a wooden dresser, it's much more durable as it does not wear and tear easily. And with very little care, it can stand firm from one generation to the next. A metal dresser or chest is much more stylish as compared to wooden ones, and no matter your décor or theme, a metallic dresser or chest will complement your current interior decor. Metallic dressers are also quite popular for their low maintenance needs, which is a common trait among most metallic furniture. All you need to do is wipe it with a piece of cloth to get rid of the dust, and in case of rust, a fresh coat of painting can always do the trick.

Vintage

Vintage-inspired furniture pieces are a beautiful way to enhance an elegant and classy style in your home. Many vintage dressers are lighter in tone/color (beige, white, or robin’s egg blue), or feature a distressed paint finish. A vintage chest or dresser is also typically adorned with elegant and ornate hardware elements and intricate woodworking designs and patterns. A vintage chest or dresser would make a stunning addition and complement to a variety of home décor motifs, including antique, traditional, and coastal/farmhouse. The subtle and neutral finish of many vintage-inspired dresser or chest pieces allows you to integrate the piece with existing furniture; it will create a gorgeous focal point in your home that enhances both the elegance and class of your space. Vintage chests or dressers would also complement a range of different colors or wall paper designs.

Dresser

Dressers are one of the few categories of furniture that are commonly made of one material, wood. They usually are wide and short, making them ideal for small and large spaces rooms. Beyond mere tradition, wood construction in dressers is simply the most versatile and reliable building material. While the majority of dressers will be wood, there are notable exceptions and eye-catching in a room, making them a focal point of admiration. They are also meant to provide a space you can dress in front of the top serves as a table to place clothes and space for a mirror. The overall design of a dresser is its most defining feature, giving way to the considerations of build, style, and any other features. Dressers function perfectly in a bedroom, where you or your guest can have easier access to clothes or mirrors if installed.

Pine

Pine wood is a popular choice for furniture making. This softwood variety is easy to work with, dense, and doesn’t split easily. Pine wood has a light-colored appearance with plenty of wood grains and knots throughout the wood, making it a distinctive wood type. Pine wood dressers or chests are often available with intricate wood work or fine details, as pine wood (being a softwood variety) is very malleable and can maintain its strength. The light, naturally bright tone of pine wood makes it a beautiful complement to a range of home décor motifs, including traditional/classic, coastal, boho/eclectic, and minimalist. The appearance of pine is more minimalistic compared to other wood types, like Maple or Oak, which is more traditional. Pine is a strong and resilient wood type, making it a great choice for a dresser or chest. The natural beauty of pine will enhance a calm and serene ambience in your home living spaces and will provide a gorgeous focal point in your home.

Softwoods

Softwoods are wood types that come from conifer trees, such as fir, cedar, and spruce. Softwood tree types grow faster than hardwood, and are less dense than hardwood types, as a result, softwoods are easier to work with in terms of craftsmanship; you can add gorgeous hardware to further enhance the look of the furniture. Softwood dressers and chests have a lower risk of splitting when inserting nails or screws, making it an ideal choice for use in furniture pieces. Softwood dressers tend to be less expensive than other wood types, as softwood trees grow faster than hardwood trees. Softwood dressers vary in appearance; softwoods such as pine have plenty of knots throughout the wood grain, making it an ideal choice to enhance a rustic design style. Softwood dressers or chests also have a classic wood smell, which can enhance a cozy atmosphere in your home. The three types of softwood that are most often used for furniture making are pine, fir and cedar. Each of these wood types is beautiful, rich and warm. Any dresser or chest made from a softwood wood type will enhance a cozy and elegant style.
