This is worth the extra money so you dont have legs showing and it doesnt leave space for things (or my cat) to get lost under the bed. It is easy to assemble and i am very happy with this style. It gave my bed perfect height for my new nightstand and my mattress is finally off the floor. It pairs well with any upholstered headboard. I am an extremley picky shopper so i did thorough research and i found this to be the best design offered in metal frames.

What I've learned after receiving this is you have to peel the tape off of the main slats in order for the "scratches" to disappear. I will admit there were some extremely small scratches that were not really noticeable. All in all, this is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't realize just how high up it would set my bed, but I've gotten used to it and absolutely love it!

Great product for the price. The packaging could be more protective as the box got pretty banged up and some of the pieces were bent. I was still able to put it together though. The pictures are bed with box spring. This bed needs a box spring to support the top mattress.

Purchased to use in the spare bedroom primarily for my grandchildren. Like the idea that the children cannot hide or discarded items underneath the bed. However, only able to mount a headboard to the wall to complete the look. Assembly was not an issue for me.

This frame was so hard to put together. There were 2 of us and it took forever. The prongs that hold the mattress in place were impossible to tighten. The frame slides on carpet. I would NOT recommend this.

I ordered king size so I wouldn’t have to use my box springs. With new bed frame and mattress. As you can see with the hanger it’s way to small to holdup a king size mattress. I give it one star because I’m not on the floor but I could of used old paint cans for that. Total disappointment. This is the third purchase out of three that I’m disappointed with. 1 st the comforter is not as long as the picture made it seem. Overflowing like a quilt. Then the rocking chair was micro sized. For a small framed short person. And now this bedframe. I will never buy anything with Wayfair ever again. I’m done. I felt like everything they sell is irregular knock offs.

Very disappointed with the way the package arrived. The box had huge holes in it and the frame was damaged and bent as the result of pour shipping and handling. To add to the problem the entire parts bag was missing. The frame itself is flimsy and I’m certain will not last long.

Came to my house pretty quick. Definitely has a bunch of dings on it but the metal was so thin I was able to bend it back. I’m moderately satisfied. Been a few months now and the bed frame is completely broken. Taking it a apart and putting it back together is impossible because the brackets break and the thin metal twists. NO WORTH THE MONEY!!

Bought this for our bed in condo. It fit into small space BUT was really really cheap. It was broken/bent when received, and it only lasted 1 year. Hard to break apart and move elsewhere - recommend if you purchase it you will be stuck having it in that spot forever.

At 7 feet tall the California King Bed is ideal for most of the tall sleepers, in certain scenarios a California King Size bed can also be referred to as a Western King mattress that is specifically designed to accommodate anyone who is more than 6 feet tall as it offers more leg room for tall people. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Brown

Even though brown is not the most obvious color to use when decorating your bedroom. A Brown bed’s warmth nook makes it worth incorporating in to your bedroom. And the fact that you would never expect to see a brown bed or bedroom décor makes it perfect for anyone who loves experimenting on colors and doesn’t like using playful pastels and bright neon’s. To avoid it from being swallowed into the dark bedroom interior, it’s recommended to be used in a bedroom with bright interior colors that bring about more lighting, which is a rich tone up especially to the brown bed and in the process creating another element intrigue. A brown bed is the only way to tone down a bright bedroom interior without having to repaint the walls.

Folding

If you're the one who lives somewhere with spatial constraints and wants to get the most from it, a folding bed is the fitting sleeping furniture for you. A folding, or fold-up, bed consists of a mattress and a frame that collapses and turns it into a portable piece, making it easy to put away when not in use. But before buying, consider these different folding bed types and weigh which is best suited to your home situation.

A murphy bed, also known as a "wall bed" or "hidden bed," looks like a typical bed; however, it can be folded up into the wall or a furniture. Usually comes with wheels, a rollaway folding bed can be very comfortable, but to replace its mattress can be expensive since it should be specially made to fold with the frame. Sofabed and bed couch or floor sofabed are space-saving and can be easily turned into a seat or a bed. If sleeping on the floor is not an issue for you, you may ought to buy a futon. It's portable and extremely good for saving space. Lastly, a camping cot is also a good option, especially if you love the great outdoors. Whichever the type you choose, surely you'll love and utilize your living space even more.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Metal

One of the most asked question when it comes metallic beds is, are they safe for younger children? And the answer is always, yes they are. One of reason to why metal beds have grown in popularity over the last couple of years is the fact that they require less maintenance since as we all know metal does not dent or scratch easily making it even a more attractive option as compared to wooden and plastic beds. When it comes to durability also metal beds are currently the most durable beds in the market more durable than the wooden beds and would even handle more weight than a wooden bed frame. Metal beds are also highly portable since they are lighter than other types of bed, and in case you are the kind of person who love rearranging their bedroom setup you will definitely love the metal bed.

Plastic

Plastic beds are very popular among families with a toddler. It’s usually low to the ground and perfectly fits a standard crib mattress. With plastic being pretty durable a plastic bed can last you for several years, especially if it’s your child bed. Unlike other beds plastic beds are really portable and you can easily move it around when you are rearranging your bedroom furniture. Plastic beds are usually very safe especially if you intend to get one for your child, as they have no rough edges or corners. Plastic beds are usually not tied to a specific theme making them ideal for younger children who are in the stage of self-discovery. Plastic bed also have a consumer friendly price as compared to some exotic wooden or metallic beds whose prices are usually on the higher side. For any parent looking for a bed for their young child I would definitely recommend a plastic bed.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.

Bed Frames

Bed frames also known as bed steads are terms used to describe the support your mattress rests upon. It’s that part of your bed that holds up your mattress from the floor. A bed frame is one of the most overlooked part of a bed when making a bed purchase as most people tend to focus on the mattress alone, however, it’s good to note that bedframes play a crucial role when it comes to the comfort of your bed. The right bed frame provides you with enough comfort and support despite the type of mattress you are sleeping on, so if you have a bed that’s squeaking, sagging, or unstable the problem is usually your bed frame. As we all know a good night sleep starts with a solid foundation, a bedframe will impact the quality of sleep you get, a bed frame will even cause back pains and aches.

Beds

A bed can be referred as a piece of furniture which is used as a place to fall asleep and relax. In this modern age beds consist of a soft cushioned mattress and a bed frame, the mattress is usually resting on a sprung base, solid base, or a wood slats. Beds come in different sizes ranging from infant-sized cribs to small beds that can just accommodate one person, to large king and queen sized beds designed for two or more people. Most bed are usually a single mattress and a fixed frame, however there are other varieties such as a sofa bed, which folds out of a sofa or a murphy bed that folds in to a wall. Other beds can be referred as temporary beds as they contain neither a bedframe nor a mattress, a good example is the inflatable air mattress or the folding camp cot.

Plastic

With an average of 5% usage increase per year, plastic or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric is probably one of the most commonly used textile for bed upholstery in the world, proving its versatility. Also called as "vinyl," PVC is made from 57% chlorine (from salt) and 43% ethylene (from crude oil or sugar crops). You don't have to worry if a certain style is available; a plastic-upholstered bed has a wide variety of design and color choices, which means it looks good on any color scheme and theme. In addition, an everyday use is not a problem for this type of bed upholstery since plastic is designed to be stain-resistant and antimicrobial. It also has a promising strength, durability, and flexibility that can stand distortion and abrasion. Furthermore, many bed makers prefer PVC fabric because of its long lifespan and resistance to water and chemical, making it effortless to clean when your favorite drink spills over.
